Ranked the number one fuel brand – two years in a row.

We’re super-stoked to be ranked the number one brand in the fuel sector for the second year running in Kantar’s 2024 Customer Leadership Index Report.

Kantar surveys 2,500 Kiwis about their opinions on 70 brands across 12 sectors to find New Zealand’s top brands in banking and insurance, utilities and telecoms, online shopping, retail and grocery, quick-serve restaurants, media and travel, fuel, and vehicle servicing. 

The survey covers all aspects of the customer experience including customer centricity, service delivery, offer excellence, and brand clarity – and we’re ranked number one in all categories within the fuel sector. Under a new category measuring brand promise against customer experience, called “Experience Power” we ranked no 7 in New
Zealand.
