Waitomo x Steinlager Centre Court Sounds 48-Hour Presale Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 This promotion is run by Waitomo Group Limited trading as Waitomo (“Waitomo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion opens at 8.00am NZST on Monday 20 April 2026 and closes at 7.59am NZST on Wednesday 22 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Presale Offer
3.1 During the Promotion Period, eligible Waitomo app customers will have access to an exclusive 48-hour presale window to purchase tickets to Steinlager Centre Court Sounds via the Waitomo app.
3.2 Presale access is subject to ticket availability and does not guarantee that any person will be able to purchase tickets, any particular ticket type, or any particular quantity of tickets.
3.3 All ticket purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the authorised ticketing provider, the event promoter, and the venue.
4. Eligibility
4.1 To be eligible to enter this promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) be a New Zealand resident;
(b) be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
(c) have a valid registered Waitomo app account; and
(d) complete, or be a named ticket holder on, a valid presale ticket purchase for Steinlager Centre Court Sounds made via the Waitomo app during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Waitomo, Steinlager Centre Court Sounds, the event promoter, the venue, the ticketing provider, and any agencies directly associated with this promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4.3 Waitomo may require proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility and qualifying ticket purchase before awarding the prize.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter, an eligible entrant must purchase, or be a named ticket holder on, a valid presale ticket to Steinlager Centre Court Sounds through the Waitomo app during the Promotion Period.
5.2 Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person only.
5.3 Where tickets are issued in the names of individual attendees, each unique named ticket holder on a valid presale ticket will receive one automatic entry into the draw, subject to clause 5.2.
5.4 A person may only be entered once, regardless of the number of tickets purchased, the number of transactions completed, or the number of tickets held in that person’s name.
5.5 If a ticket is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back, voided, fraudulent, transferred in breach of ticket terms, or otherwise not validly issued, any entry connected with that ticket is automatically invalid.
5.6 Reserving tickets, adding tickets to a cart, or starting but not completing checkout does not constitute a valid entry.
5.7 The Waitomo app is free to download. Standard mobile and data charges may still apply from a person’s network provider.
6. Prize
6.1 There is one (1) prize package to be won. It includes:
(a) NZD $1,000 Waitomo Moolah, which will be digitally credited to the winner’s Waitomo app account;
(b) one (1) 4-person VIP Booth package for Steinlager Centre Court Sounds, valued at NZD $1,400; and
(c) one (1) limited-edition signed Shapeshifter Soulstice vinyl.
6.2 The total minimum stated prize value is NZD $2,400, plus the value of the limited-edition signed Shapeshifter Soulstice vinyl.
6.3 Prize values are stated in New Zealand dollars and are correct at the time these Terms and Conditions are published.
6.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except at Waitomo’s sole discretion.
7. Prize Conditions
7.1 Waitomo Moolah will be credited digitally to the winner’s Waitomo app account and will be subject to the Waitomo app terms and conditions, including any redemption conditions applying to Waitomo Moolah. Waitomo Moolah is not redeemable for cash.
7.2 The VIP Booth package is subject to availability and to all event, venue, health and safety, security and liquor licensing requirements.
7.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their guests meet all event entry requirements, including any age restrictions, identification requirements, prohibited items policies and venue conditions of entry.
7.4 The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated as being included in the prize, including transport, accommodation, meals, beverages, spending money, insurance and any personal expenses.
7.5 The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7.6 If any prize component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Waitomo’s reasonable control, including event postponement, rescheduling, cancellation, artist unavailability, venue restrictions or operational changes, Waitomo may substitute that prize component with another item or experience of equal or greater value.
7.7 If the signed vinyl becomes unavailable, Waitomo may substitute it with alternate Shapeshifter merchandise or another item of equal or greater value.
8. Draw
8.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8.2 The draw will take place on Thursday 23 April 2026 at Waitomo’s head office, or another location determined by Waitomo.
8.3 Waitomo may draw one or more reserve winners in case the original drawn winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize.
9. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
9.1 The winner will be contacted using the details associated with their Waitomo app account and/or ticket purchase within three (3) working days of the draw.
9.2 To claim the prize, the winner may be required to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide proof of identity, age, eligibility and qualifying ticket purchase.
9.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three (3) working days of first notification, declines the prize, fails to provide the requested verification, or is found to be ineligible, Waitomo may deem the prize forfeited and redraw the prize.
10. Verification and Disqualification
10.1 Waitomo reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including identity, age, residency, Waitomo app account status, ticket purchase records and named ticket holder details.
10.2 Waitomo may disqualify any entrant who:
(a) does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
(b) tampers with the entry process;
(c) provides misleading, incomplete, fraudulent or invalid information; or
(d) engages in conduct that is unlawful, deceptive or likely to damage the reputation of Waitomo or the promotion.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by Waitomo for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
11.2 Waitomo may disclose relevant personal information to the ticketing provider, event promoter, venue, prize suppliers and service providers to the extent reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and deliver the prize.
11.3 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Waitomo’s Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
11.4 Entrants may request access to, and correction of, their personal information by contacting Waitomo through the Waitomo app or at app@waitomogroup.co.nz.
12. Publicity
12.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion, including the use of their first name, image and city or suburb for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
13. Technical and Ticketing Issues
13.1 Waitomo is not responsible for any app outage, website outage, payment failure, network interruption, ticketing platform failure, processing delay, ticket allocation issue, or other technical problem that prevents or interferes with access to the presale or entry into the draw.
13.2 Waitomo is not responsible for any tickets that are unavailable, not successfully issued, or affected by the acts or omissions of the ticketing provider, event promoter or venue.
14. Event and Ticket Conditions
14.1 The event itself, all tickets and all event access are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider, event promoter and venue, including any refund, exchange, postponement, cancellation, age restriction, entry and conduct policies.
14.2 Any change to the event date, time, venue, lineup, supporting acts, set times or event format does not, by itself, invalidate this promotion or entitle any entrant to compensation from Waitomo.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable New Zealand law.
15. Liability
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waitomo and its related companies, agencies, promotional partners and prize suppliers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense or disappointment suffered or incurred in connection with this promotion, any presale access attempt, any ticket purchase, any entry, or any prize.
15.2 This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from:
(a) late, lost, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries;
(b) technical, ticketing or payment failures;
(c) event postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, lineup changes, venue changes or restrictions;
(d) theft, unauthorised use of, or damage to any prize component; or
(e) any variation in prize value.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
16. Suspension or Cancellation
16.1 If this promotion cannot be conducted or administered as planned for reasons beyond Waitomo’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, unauthorised intervention, pandemic, governmental restriction, venue issue or force majeure event, Waitomo may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
17. General
17.1 By entering this promotion, each entrant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
17.2 Waitomo’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
