Waitomo x Shapeshifter “First Access Presale Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

This promotion is run by Waitomo Group Limited (“Waitomo”) of 3 Ellis Street, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand.

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 10.00am NZT on 25 March 2026 and closes at 9.59am NZT on 26 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a. be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over;
b. have a valid Waitomo app account; and
c. purchase at least one Shapeshifter Soulstice Anniversary Tour presale ticket via the Waitomo app during the Promotion Period.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Waitomo, Bench Music, Shapeshifter, Ticketek, and any agencies directly associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the draw for each valid presale ticket transaction completed via the Waitomo app during the Promotion Period.

Waitomo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, residency, Waitomo app account status, and proof of qualifying ticket purchase. 

Waitomo may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prize
There are two prizes to be won:

one prize for a North Island winner; and
one prize for a South Island winner.
Each prize package includes:
a. $1,800 Waitomo Moolah;
b. a soundcheck meet and greet with Shapeshifter for the winner and one guest at a Shapeshifter Soulstice Anniversary Tour show of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and promoter, artist and venue approval;
c. one signed limited edition Soulstice Anniversary vinyl;
d. one Soulstice t-shirt; and
e. one pair of Shapeshifter socks.

Island Allocation
For the purpose of this promotion, Waitomo may determine whether an entrant is entered into the North Island draw or South Island draw based on the show ticket purchased, the entrant’s address, or another reasonable method selected by Waitomo.
If there are insufficient valid entries in either draw, Waitomo reserves the right to reallocate the relevant prize.

Prize Conditions
a. Waitomo Moolah is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
b. The soundcheck meet and greet component is subject to artist, venue, promoter, security, operational and health and safety requirements, and may be changed, rescheduled, shortened or cancelled without compensation if necessary.
c. The winner and their guest are responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including travel to and from the chosen show, accommodation, meals, spending money, insurance and any personal expenses.
d. If the winner’s chosen show is unavailable, sold out, cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise unable to accommodate the prize experience, Waitomo reserves the right to substitute that component with an alternative show, alternative experience, or another prize component of equal or similar value.
e. The winner’s guest must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise permitted by the relevant venue and promoter, and must comply with all venue entry terms and conditions.
f. Merchandise sizes and styles are subject to availability.
g. Prize components cannot be transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash and must be taken as offered.

Winner Selection
The draw will take place on or about 27 March 2026. Waitomo will draw one valid North Island winner and one valid South Island winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the details associated with their Waitomo app account and/or ticket purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to accept the prize on these terms, Waitomo reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion, including the use of their first name, image, suburb or city, and prize details for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by Waitomo for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Waitomo’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants acknowledge that Waitomo may verify eligibility and ticket purchase information with Ticketek, Bench Music, Shapeshifter and related promotional partners for the purposes of administering this promotion.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waitomo and its related companies, agencies and promotional partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense or disappointment suffered or incurred in connection with this promotion or any prize, including but not limited to:
a. late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries;
b. app, ticketing platform or technical failures of any kind;
c. event postponement, rescheduling, cancellation, venue restrictions, artist unavailability, or changes to the prize experience; or
d. any variation in prize value.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights a consumer may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Right to Vary or Cancel
If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Waitomo’s reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, unauthorised intervention, pandemic, venue issues, artist cancellation, governmental restrictions or force majeure, Waitomo reserves the right to suspend, vary, cancel or terminate the promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions, subject to applicable law.

Decisions Final
Waitomo’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

Waitomo x Shapeshifter “Fuel Up for the Encore Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

Promoter
This promotion is run by Waitomo Group Limited (“Waitomo”) of 3 Ellis Street, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand.

Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 10.00am NZT on 25 March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm NZT on 18 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a. be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over;
b. have a valid Waitomo app account;
c. purchase at least one ticket to any Shapeshifter Soulstice Anniversary Tour show; and
d. complete at least one qualifying transaction of $20 or more through the Waitomo app during the 

Promotion Period.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Waitomo, Bench Music, Shapeshifter, Ticketek, and any agencies directly associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Entrants who satisfy both the ticket purchase requirement and the qualifying Waitomo app transaction requirement during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the draw.
Waitomo may verify eligibility by cross-checking ticket purchase records provided by Ticketek or another authorised ticketing or promoter source with Waitomo app transaction data.
Waitomo reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prize
There is one prize package to be won. It includes:
a. $1,000 Waitomo Moolah;
b. return economy flights for the winner and one guest to attend the final Shapeshifter Soulstice Anniversary Tour show in New Plymouth, if required and as determined by Waitomo;
c. accommodation for the winner and one guest in New Plymouth, as determined by Waitomo;
d. a VIP concert upgrade for the winner and one guest, subject to availability and promoter, artist and venue approval; and
e. one limited edition merch pack.

Travel and Accommodation Conditions
a. Flights and accommodation are subject to booking availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel and accommodation providers.
b. Waitomo will determine the airline, accommodation provider, room type, travel dates, flight times and itinerary in its sole discretion.
c. The winner and their guest must be available to travel on the dates specified by Waitomo.
d. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest, including airport transfers, meals, spending money, travel insurance, incidental hotel charges and any other personal expenses.
e. If the winner lives within a reasonable travel distance of New Plymouth, Waitomo reserves the right to substitute flights with an alternative transport arrangement or not provide flights at all.
f. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary identification and are legally able to travel.
g. No compensation will be payable if the winner or their guest is unable to travel for any reason.

VIP and Event Component Conditions
a. The VIP concert upgrade is subject to artist, venue, promoter, security, operational and health and safety requirements, and may be changed, withdrawn, rescheduled or cancelled at any time.
b. If the final New Plymouth show is postponed, rescheduled, relocated or cancelled, Waitomo reserves the right to substitute the concert-related components with an alternative experience, event, merchandise, Waitomo Moolah, or another prize component of equal or similar value.
c. If the VIP component is unavailable for any reason, Waitomo may substitute that component with general admission, premium seating, merchandise, Waitomo Moolah, or another alternative of equal or similar value.

Prize Conditions
a. Waitomo Moolah is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
b. Prize components cannot be transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash.
c. The prize must be taken as offered.
d. Waitomo reserves the right to substitute any prize component with an alternative of equal or similar value if any component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Selection
The winner will be drawn on or about 18 July 2026 from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details associated with their Waitomo app account and/or verified entry records.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 working days, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to travel or accept the prize on the required dates and terms, Waitomo reserves the right to redraw the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion, including the use of their first name, image, suburb or city, and prize details for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
